If you had already registered interest in the fund, and joined the fund mailing list, you will have received via email a personalised set of log-in credentials along with instructions on how to log in and download the Information Memorandum.

If you did not receive it, first check your “spam” or “promotions” folder. If you still have not got it, and believe you should have, please let us know: admin@globalvaluehunter.com. 

If you were not on the fund mailing list, but are interested as a Prospective Investor in the fund, please register directly at africanlionsfund.com for an account that will allow you to access the password-protected area and download the information.

Let me stress that, if you are interested in investing in the fund, getting access to the africanlionsfund.com website is essential. 

The next document we will release there is the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), with the Subscription Form. For legal reasons, each prospective investor must log in and obtain their own copy of the PPM, under the terms of the Private Offer.
